The Main house built in the late 1870s, offers a comfortable vintage farmhouse style with all the modern amenities of home. Our accommodations feature three unique, separate guest rooms, 2 guest rooms in the main house and a cottage behind the main house, each with a private bath, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix/Roku), and a kitchenette. One room, The Ratliff Retreat, also has a screened-in porch for evening relaxation after a day of sight seeing. Perry’s Cottage has a private hot tub with view of the Llano Bridge and River as well as a private fire-pit.
All B&B guests can enjoy views of the Inks Bridge, easy access to the Llano River via adjacent Grenwelge Park, access to our outdoor firepit and BBQ area, and a light unhosted breakfast each day. In town for one of Llano’s many festivals or celebrations? Mustard Seed Bed and Breakfast on the Llano is located right next to Grenwelge Park, which is the venue for a lot of Llano’s special events, such as the Llano Earth Art Fest (LEAF). Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate opportunities to visit Enchanted Rock State Park, hike wildflower roads and trails, and go fishing, canoeing, or kayaking on the Llano River.
